Frequently Asked Questions

What's the Founding Member price?
First 500 Pro signups lock in $29 per month forever. Standard list price is $39 per month after the founder pool fills. The discount applies for the life of your subscription. Cancel and resubscribe later and you go to the standard rate.
What does the Pro platform fee actually include?
$29/mo covers the control plane (unlimited deploys, scans, SBOM, AI Rescue), 5 seats, 1 TB bandwidth, 5,000 build minutes, and 1 small always-on container. Extra containers bill by size (Small $10 → 2XL $240). A 1-app shop pays $29; a 10-app shop pays $29 plus what those 9 extra apps actually consume.
What happens if I exceed an included limit?
Bandwidth and build minutes have soft caps with warnings at 80% and 100%, then bill at $0.10/GB and $0.01/min. Containers, seats, and PR previews are add-ons billed per unit. Project count, AI Rescue, and custom domain caps are hard caps that prompt an upgrade.
What's the difference between Managed and BYOC?
Managed: your app runs on the VIBSL multi-tenant cluster. We invoice the compute alongside the platform fee. Available today on Azure. BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud, Enterprise): you connect your Azure / AWS / GCP account and the app deploys into your subscription. Your cloud provider bills you for compute; VIBSL charges a smaller per-app management fee.
What's only on Team that isn't on Pro?
More included quota (3 containers, 10 seats, 5 TB, 25K build min), 5 concurrent PR previews, SAML SSO, Slack support with 4-hour response, and a 99.9% SLA. Everything else in Pro is included in Team.
What's only on Enterprise?
Bring-your-own-cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP), SCIM provisioning, multi-approver gates with deploy windows, custom AI Rescue prompts, signed release artifacts, DPA, a SOC 2 audit pack (in progress), and a named CSM with 1-hour SLA. Enterprise contracts are annual with custom limits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes on Pro and Team. Cancellations are prorated to the day. If you cancel mid-cycle, you get a credit for the unused time on the next invoice. No long-term contract on self-serve. Enterprise is annual.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Not yet on self-serve. We're starting monthly-only so we can iterate on pricing without grandfathering anyone in. Annual plans land once the model stabilizes.
Is VIBSL production-ready?
We're in beta. The control plane, build pipeline, security scans, SBOM, and Azure-managed runtime work end-to-end. We're not yet running customer production traffic at scale, which is why we say beta. Founding members get the production-grade experience as it ships.
